Life doesn't hand out a manual for the hard parts: the anxiety that won't quiet down, the grief that doesn't follow a timeline, the marriage that feels harder than it used to, the constant pressure of trying to hold everything together.
I work with adults ages 18–65 who are ready to stop white-knuckling it alone. Whether you're dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, chronic stress, challenges around sex and intimacy, parenting struggles, or marriage stress - you don't have to have it all figured out before you reach out. That's what we're here to work through together.
I'm an eclectic therapist, which means I don't force every client into the same framework. Instead, I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches including DBT, CBT, ACT, and ERP and tailor the mix to fit you: your history, your goals, and what actually works for how your mind operates.
Some clients need concrete coping tools. Others need space to process something painful. Many need both, at different points. My job is to meet you where you are and adjust as we go, not to run you through a script.
All sessions are offered via secure telehealth, available to clients throughout California and Nevada. That means you can meet with me from home, your car during a lunch break, or wherever you have privacy and a stable connection: no commute, no waiting room, no added stress on an already full day.
